The Deepest Retreat is a 5-week transformation journey, including a six-day retreat for leaders, entrepreneurs and high-performers, combining freediving, janzu water therapy, water intelligence activation, and indigenous wisdom with the latest understanding of nervous system regulation.

Even though freediving is a central practice, this is more than ‘just’ a freediving retreat: it’s a journey back to trust, presence and your own body, designed to create lasting change, not just a powerful week.

We’ve held this retreat three times before, and now for the first time in Spain, Mallorca, we experience freediving in some of the Mediterranean’s clearest waters, a practice that deeply connects us to building trust and freedom in the body.

Each of us deserves a life of purpose, presence, and real connection, to ourselves, to others, to the world we’re building. There is no miracle cure, but with the right container, guidance and integration, real transformation is possible. We have witnessed it, again and again, and it still gives us goosebumps.

This retreat is designed specifically for leaders who have achieved what they once dreamed of achieving, and who sense that something essential is still missing. People who know that strategy, intelligence and material success no longer create the fulfillment they’re looking for. We gently, but firmly, invite what’s underneath the armor.

Our retreats are exclusive not only because of beautiful locations, but because we choose to run only a limited number of deeply personal journeys each year. We work with a small, intimate group, with real one-on-one attention during preparation and integration, not just the days on location.
